Cinema, art, and belonging in underserved communities

Coletivo Quebradinha

When access to cinema is denied, we bring cinema to the people—with a large screen, sound, seating, and a collective experience that strengthens identity, self-esteem, and critical awareness.

A collective that turns community spaces into screens.

Coletivo Quebradinha SP is a cultural, social, and artistic movement working to democratize access to culture and audiovisual experiences in underserved communities.

Founded in Oriente, São Paulo, and active in Mauá, the collective activates public spaces, creates opportunities for connection, and brings children, young people, and families closer to cultural experiences that often do not reach their neighborhoods.
